What is codeweek?

codeweek is the virtual meeting point for hungry coding minds, remarkable speakers & fast-growing tech companies. During this five-day event: 
- You willl attend interesting webinars of keynote experts of the industry from all around the world, including Greece, Germany, Israel, Portugal, the Netherlands, US.
- You will meet people who love coding as you do. 
- You will chat with top-notch companies’ representatives.


Who is organizing codeweek?

codeweek is organized by kariera.gr, the biggest hub for employment in Greece.

Who can be part of codeweek?

If you are part of a product team, a developer, a software engineer, or simply someone who loves coding, this is for you! At codeweek you will gain knowledge through non-stop content broadcasting on tracks, such as: Future Technologies & Methodologies, Web Development, Big Data and Cloud, Security, Architecture & DevOps/ci-cd, Programming Languages & Frameworks, Startups & Leadership mentoring, and QA & Testing.


When can I register?

You can register before or during the event. Register here.

How do I join the live webinar

To access the webinar you will need to click the Stages marker, which will lead you to the Conference Center hall.

From there the next step is to click the first of the wooden doors (left) to enter the Auditorium, where the event will take place.

A window with the name of the live stage will pop up. Please click on the session you want to watch. There will be one to three different stage from you can choose. Note that you will not be able to access this area if you try to enter the Auditorium prior to the event’s start.

Zoom will prompt you to join the meeting. At this point, you should give permission to your browser to use the microphone and camera. After successfully doing so, click Join.

If you would like to watch the Webinar via an iOS device (iPhone, iPad), we recommend you browse the platform through Safari.

Although you have the option to watch the Webinar through a mobile device, it has been noticed that in some iOs devices (iPhone - iPad) there is NO sound when connecting to the webinar. We suggest you click the ''Leave Computer Audio'' button and then the ''Join Computer Audio'' button again.

Please note that in this particular webinar you will be participating as an attendee. This means that you will not be able to use your microphone or camera unless one of the hosts gives you permission to do so, but you can ask the speaker whatever you want through the QnA button.

What if I can’t attend a webinar/workshop?

Don’t worry if you missed a webinar/workshop. When a session ends, you will find it in the “Watch later” section on codeweek’s platform, during the event. Moreover, you will be able to watch any webinar/workshop on our YouTube channel, upon the event’s completion. This codeweek event is full of opportunities. Μake the most out of it.

To participate in the networking and do 1-on-1 meetings, you should open the following outgoing ports in your firewall
